Pakistan (IP) - The Pakistan political and religious figures announced their solidarity with the people of Palestine on the occasion of International Quds Day.

Iran Press/Iran News: The Secretary General of Pakistan's Islamic Unity Assembly Nasser Shirazi told Iran Press (IP) correspondent that Palestine's status quo originates from postponing the implementation of the UN and other international bodies' resolutions that define Israel as an illegitimate and illegal regime.

Most of the countries that were seeking to normalize ties with the Israeli regime, now are seeking to maintain relations with Syria that is one of the important axes of the Resistance Front in the proxy war against the Israeli regime, which is indicative of the changes going on in the region.

The Chairman of Imam Khomeini Institute in Pakistan told Iran Press that the Zionists have been confused due to the resistance of the Palestinian nation.

He said that the recent developments in Palestine, especially the attack on worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, show that the life of the Israeli regime has come to an end.

Still, Jamaat Ahl Haram chief Mufti Gulzar Naimi, told IP that the Palestinian issue is the concern of all Islamic countries, but the role of Iran is admirable to highlight the Israeli regime's crimes and raising the voice of the Palestinians' suffering oppression.

The Israelis fear Ramadan month because in the Quds Day rally on the command of Imam Khomeini, Muslims cry their awakening and unity in support for the Palestinian nation and against the Israeli regime.
