Iran Press/ Iran news: During the meeting, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov, and Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
Last week, Russian presidential special envoy for Syria Alexander Lavrentyev and Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin met with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Ali Asghar Khaji, the minister's senior adviser on special political affairs in Tehran.
