Iran Press/ Iran news: Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani wrote on his Twitter account on Tuesday that he called on the Prosecutor-General to verify the news on Coronavirus-affected and casualties in Qom province, south to Tehran, and announce the result to the people.
The request was after that yesterday, the representative of Qom people in parliament (Majlis), Ahmad Amirabadi Farahani,
Accused Iran's government and Health Ministry of not being transparent about the outbreak and claimed that about 50 people have been killed due to the virus in Qom alone.
This is while, Iranian government spokesman and a deputy for Health Ministry Iraj Harirchi in a joint press conference on Monday dismissed the claim. 104/207
