Mohsen Mehr-Alizadeh, another presidential candidate, said in the second part of the televised debate that there should be an effective plan to use the market of 500 million people in neighboring countries.
The presidential candidate stated that in order for capital to enter the country, investment security must be created.
Mehr-Alizadeh underscored: "Carrying out large economic projects requires money and the country's financial situation is clear."
