Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Iran Expo 2023 on Sunday, Ebrahim Raisi referred to the growth of Iran in different areas including exports, and said the advancements were achieved despite the US pressures.
Raisi also pointed to the event and said that Iran used to be known for its gas and oil exports and other products and capabilities were ignored to be introduced in the export area and noted: "The first step in this regard is to introduce the Islamic Republic export capabilities and get familiar with other countries."
He called on the executive agencies and businessmen not to suffice to the current successes, putting emphasis on stopping crude-selling, creating value-added, and increasing employment, production, and exports.
Still, Raisi stressed both quantity and quality in the production and export process and noted that quality must not be sacrificed for higher quantity.
Iran's President also pointed to the JCPOA talks and pointed out the administration would never subject the progress of the country to the negotiations, noting that the negotiations have their own special route that will be followed up with authority and dignity.
It was the US that left the negotiation table and these were the European sides that did not fulfill their commitment to the internationally signed JCPOA, Raisi recalled and told the western sides of the deal that Iran has logical talks and demands.
