Iran Press/ Iran News: After recording a program on the IRIB, Abdul Nasser Hemmati told reporters on Sunday that most of Iran's non-oil exports are now focused on petrochemical and steel products.
The candidate of the 13th Presidential Election in Iran stressed that a regulatory program is needed for domestic use and export of petrochemical and steel products, and in the first step, domestic needs for the downstream petrochemical and steel industries must be met.
Hemmati said that petrochemical and steel products should be listed on the stock exchange, noting that the government should take steps to make the market work properly instead of interfering in the market.
The candidate of the 13th Presidential Election in Iran said that the pricing of goods should be done in the market and if the pricing is ordered, it will be a kind of bribe distribution, and this issue cannot be controlled.
The 13th round of Iran's Presidential Election will be held on June 18, 2021.
