Iran Press/ West Asia: According to a Palestinian source, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in a statement strongly condemned the aggression of the Zionist regime in the Al-Mezzeh area in Damascus.
It is noted in this statement: "This aggression which targeted the advisors of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is in the framework of the Zionist regime's attempt to cover up its military failures in the field by expanding the circle of aggression in the region."
The Islamic Jihad of Palestine expressed its condolences to the government and people of Iran and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for this incident and emphasized: "This terror operation increases the fight against the Israeli regime, and does not harm Syria's position as a supporter of the Palestinian issue."
Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said in a statement on Saturday that the Israeli regime has conducted airstrikes in Damascus, resulting in the martyrdom of four IRGC advisers, and some Syrian forces.
The IRGC statement named the four martyrs as follows: Hojatullah Omidvar, Ali Aghazadeh, Hossein Mohammadi and Saeed Karimi. 219
