Islamabad (IP)- A commemoration ceremony was held in Islamabad to honor the martyred Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his companions who died in a helicopter crash. The event was organized by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Reza Amiri Moghadam, and attended by various dignitaries, including the Ambassador of Iraq, Hamid Abbas Lutfa, and other notable figures.

Iran Press/Asia:  The ceremony paid tribute to the martyred Iranian President Syed Ibrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Martyr Hussain Amir Abdullahian, Syed Muhammad Ali, Al Hashim, Malik Rahmati, and others.

Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam highlighted the significant role of President Raisi in promoting unity among Muslims and his successful foreign policy.

Moghadam stated that the helicopter accident occurred due to bad weather and that the technical team was inspecting the black box. He also mentioned that a new president will be elected by June 28.

Sahibzada Abul Khair Zubair emphasized the importance of unity among Muslims and urged other Muslim countries to follow Iran's lead in combating the atrocities of the Zionist regime.

Quaid Millat Jafaria Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi expressed that while the tragic accident was a loss, it would ultimately make Iran stronger. He noted that Iran's revolution has achieved many goals, but those who seek to harm it will be unsuccessful.

Naqvi also highlighted the organized system in Iran and how martyrdom makes the nation more focused and brave.

A special prayer was offered for the higher ranks of President Raisi and the co-martyrs, and poets presented their poetry to honor the sacrifices of the martyrs.
