Iran Press/ Middle East: A delegation from Lebanese Hezbollah Movement headed by Sheikh Naeem Qasim, Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah and Mahmoud al-Qamati and Hassan Haballah, members of Hezbollah's political bureau met with "Ziad Nakhaleh", the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement.
The delegation also met with Osama Hamdan, Ali Baraka, and Ahmad Abdul Hadi, senior Hamas officials in Lebanon, to discuss the latest developments in Palestine.
Sheikh Naeem Qasim emphasized that the meetings were held at the behest of Hezbollah Secretary-General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah to confirm that they were with the Palestinians and with the proud and courageous nation of Palestine as well as resistance.
The Palestinian nation has been standing against the Israeli enemy- we are with them, added Sheikh Naeem Qasim.
He highlighted: "We know that we are in the process of creating a new equation inside Palestine. This equation affirms the unity of the Palestinian territories and the unity of the Palestinian people. Plus, it connects Al-Quds and the occupied territories of 1948, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip in the same way until the "Israeli" enemy realizes that the Palestinian people will not accept the occupation of any part of this land, and that Al-Quds is one of the holiest places that all Palestinians support and are ready to sacrifice for."
Hezbollah's Deputy Secretary-General stressed: "All nations in the region and the world are supporters and lovers of the resistance and those who firmly believe in the focus of the movement towards Palestine in a single stronghold."
According to Sheikh Naeem Qasim, what is happening in Al-Quds is a full-fledged manifestation of the Palestinian national movement, which, contrary to all measures to normalize relations, is led by the Israeli enemy and the United States.
He added: "Today, look at the shame of the tyrannical regimes in our region, which are unable to speak, and while we see the nations of these countries rise up and move and shout "Quds and Palestine", they cannot take any position."
Sheikh Naeem Qasim emphasized: "Hezbollah is always with the Palestinian resistance and supports the resistance, the jihad of the Palestinian people and the liberation of Al-Quds."
Anger of the Palestinian people has erupted since April 13 following brutal attacks by Israeli police and settlers on the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
At least 132 people have been killed in Gaza since Monday, including 32 children and 21 women, and 950 others wounded, Palestinian medical officials said.
