Iran Press/ Iran news: The 2nd Iran Energy Efficiency Conference was held on August 14, 2023.
Speaking at the conference, Malek Shariati said that Iran's Parliament has taken promising measures to develop the electricity industry and improve the country's energy.
He further stated: With efforts, we can take the opportunities and prevent the waste of energy, because 100 billion dollars is an opportunity to save energy.
The lawmaker, Malek Shariati in his remarks stressed: We should be able to expand our exports in energy field by optimizing consumption.
He went on to emphasize that the energy sector needs investment.
