Iran Press/Europe: Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, in his Twitter account said that Moscow understands the reason behind steps taken by Iran with regard to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
According to Ulyanov, Iran’s decision to increase uranium enrichment levels was not unexpected as Tehran is acting in a transparent manner, Iran Press reported.
He also added that "Iran's new nuclear activities will remain verifiable by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and reversible, there is no proliferation threat, It is just a strong signal that balance within the JCPOA must be restored."
The atomic energy organization of Iran is ordered to immediately start whatever is needed in the field of research and development, and abandon all the commitments that were in place regarding research and development as part of the JCPOA. 101/211/216
