The head of Badr faction of Iraq announced that Marjas (grand Shia authorities) stress the timetable of the foreign troops’ withdrawal from the country.

Iran Press/Middle East: Hassan Shakir al-Kaabi said the religious authority has determined the important issues that should be put on the government's agenda, one of which is the timetable of the foreign troops’ withdrawal from the country.

Al-Kaabi added that of other issues emphasized by the Iraqi religious authority were the restoration of the dignity of the government, implementation of the necessary reforms, adoption of the 2020 budget bill, and extension of security stability in Iraq.

Regarding the formation of the new Iraqi cabinet, he said, "Some factions belonging to different strata of Iraq want their political presence in the government."

One of the most important priorities for the next Iraqi cabinet is to pursue the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, which has become a public demand in the country.
