Syrian Army liberates 15 villages in Idlib southern countryside

The Syrian Arab Army units have advanced further in Idlib southern countryside, liberating 15 villages from the terrorists and inflicting heavy losses on them.

Iran Press/Middle East: After less than 24 hours from liberating Kafranbel strategic town, Army units on Wednesday carried out military operations against fortifications and supply routes of terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and liberated villages of Shinshrah, Tarmalah, Deir-Sonboul, Ma’aret al-Mikhes, Kherbet al-Luaibdeh, and Hassaneh in Idlib southern countryside.

They were also in pursuit of the fleeing terrorists in the neighboring villages, Syrian official news agency SANA reported.

The Syrian Army units began dismantling the liberated areas from mines and explosives left by the terrorists and hunted their remnants towards Safouhn and Kafr Oued.

On Tuesday, Army units liberated Kafranbel strategic town and the villages of Hass, Ma’aretmater, Ma’artasin and Ba’rbou southwest of Ma’aret-al-Nu’aman in Idleb southern countryside after elimination of many terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and the affiliated terrorist groups.
