Iran Press/Europe: German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Wednesday that Europe had decided to back the historic 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran and would keep trying to find solutions that averted escalation.
Merkel added: "Step by step, we will keep trying to find solutions with Iran that prevent an escalation of tensions in a globally sensitive region. That's our job," Reuters reported.
One year after US withdrawal from the internationally-endorsed 2015 nuclear deal, Iran decided to reduce its commitments every two months; however, this action is by no means against the principles of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). 101/211/216
