Iran Press/ Iran News: The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf on Thursday at the funeral of the bodies of the martyrs of the Holy Defense (Iran-Iraq war), in front of the University of Tehran, commemorate the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, the imposed war, and the martyrs defending the holy shrine of Hazrat Zainab.
He emphasized the continuation of the ideals of martyrs of the Islamic Revolution.
Ghalibaf paid tribute to the families of the martyrs, veterans, fighters, and prisoners of the Imposed War and stated: "The beliefs of these martyrs have penetrated into the youth of Islamic Iran."
The funeral of 250 unidentified martyrs of the Holy Defense (Iran-Iraq war) was held Thursday on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her) throughout Islamic Iran.
