Kerman (IP) - On the 4th anniversary of Lt. Ge. Soleimani's martyrdom and Resistance Week, Kerman in southeastern Iran enjoys an ethereal air.

Iran PressIran news: This year, as in the past three years, the path leading to Kerman's Martyrs Cemetery is filled with a large number of supporters of Soleimani from different walks of life, especially young people.

The people, from Kerman Province and other parts of Iran, along with pilgrims from other countries such as Lebanon, Türkiye, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, and Syria are in Kerman's Martyrs Cemmetry these days.

They have arrived in Kerman despite the cold weather and the heavy rain, traveling a long way to reach Martyr Soleimani's tomb to pay tribute to the great commander of the Resistance Front, who made the world get rid of the ISIS terrorist group.

This year, about 300 Markings are stationed on the route leading to Kerman's Martyrs Cemmetry, receiving the pilgrims with tea, coffee, dates, cake, and warm meals.

By the direct order of former US President Donal Trump on January 3, 2020, Lieutenant-General Qasem Soleimani was assassinated in Baghdad along with the second-in-command of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and 8 companions.
