Iran Press/ Iran News: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said on Sunday that the bill of strengthening and developing defense research and innovation as an institute went through the legal process in the Defence Ministry and with the presence of late Dr. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
Ghalibaf further said that the bill will be on the agenda of the lawmakers to turn to the law for enforcement.
