London (IP) - According to Iran Press, freedom seekers and justice-seekers, especially young people once again gathered in front of the Israeli embassy in London on Saturday in support of the Palestinian cause.

Iran PressEurope: Supporters of Palestine in the rally called any support for the Israeli regime a partner in the crimes of the regime against the Palestinian people.

Speakers in the ceremony believe that the coming to power of the most extreme Israelis and the intensification of attacks on Palestinians have widened public anger and hatred against Israel.

Talking to Iran Press, some supporters also condemned the attack of the Israeli regime on Al-Quds, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and Gaza in the month of Ramadan in an interview with Iran Press in front of the Israeli Embassy in London.

Condemning the actions of the Israelis in desecrating Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first Qibla of Muslims, beating worshipers, the Muslim youth held a congregational prayer for the first time in recent years in front of the Israeli embassy in London.

The rally in support of the Palestinians is being held in different cities of the world on the eve of International Quds Day.

World Quds Day coincides with the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. It was designated as Quds Day on August 7, 1979, on the initiative of Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace) to support the Palestinian cause and nation and mark a new stage of solidarity with the people of Palestine.

The last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan has been named International Quds Day at the initiative of Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Considering the developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and the frequent Israeli attacks on Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, this year's International Al-Quds Day is of double importance.
