Iran Press/ Iran News: On the anniversary of the historic allegiance of the Air Force officers to Imam Khomeini on February 8, 1979, which was followed by the victory of the Islamic Revolution, a group of commanders and staff of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran met Tuesday with Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Commander-in-Chief of Iran's Armed Forces.
Every year on February 8, Iranian Air force commanders and staff meet the Leader of the Islamic Revolution to mark the historic allegiance of Iranian Air Force officers with the late founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini back on February 8, 1979.
