Iran Press/ Iran news: The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in response to the operations of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps against terrorist groups and the Mossad, said: "This action was in line with the authoritative defense of Iran's sovereignty and security, countering terrorism and a part of the Islamic Republic of Iran's just punishment against the violators of security."
Nasser Kanaani, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on Tuesday regarding the military action of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the center affiliated with the Zionist regime's espionage organization Mossad in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and the headquarters affiliated with the terrorists in Syria's Idlib, said: "The Islamic Republic of Iran always supports the peace, stability and security of the region and adheres to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries."
He further stated: "At the same time, it will not hesitate to use its legitimate and legal right to deal in deterrent way with sources that threaten national security, as well as defend the security of its citizens and punish criminals."
Kanaani also said: "Terrorism is a pervasive global threat and Iran is determined to fight terrorism within the framework of joint regional and international cooperation."
The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps announced the destruction of spy hotspots of anti-Iranian terrorist groups in parts of the region with ballistic missiles by issuing 3 separate communiqués on Tuesday morning.
