Iran Press/ Iran News: Masoud Setayeshi said that Hamid Nouri has been detained in the solitary cell of a Swedish prison for about 42 months.
In response to the question from the Iran Press news agency, Masoud Setayeshi stated that Hamid Nouri's access to his lawyers is limited.
This official added: "42 months of detention in solitary confinement has left a new standard in Sweden."
Setayeshi said, recently, in the solitary cell of Hamid Nouri, another defendant has been brought in, which has caused additional suffering to Nouri.
The spokesman of the judicial system added that with the presence of this defendant in Hamid Nouri's solitary cell, there is a fear that Nouri's life will be in danger.
Setayeshi said: Nouri is living in a bad situation and he has 15 more hearings of the Court of Appeal until the middle of November this year.
At the same time, this official expressed hope that Hamid Nouri's sentence will be issued based on justice.
4 terrorists associated to Jaish al-Zolm in custody
Iran's Judiciary Spokesman said that 4 terrorists associated with the Jaish al-Zolm terrorist outfit were arrested.
He added: Following the assassination of the Saravan police chief and his wife, 4 people related to the Jaish al-Zolm terrorist outfit were arrested and charged.
He added: These people are in prison now.
