Iran Press/ Iran news: The head of the Judiciary Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i and other judicial officials honored the memory of Imam Khomeini (RA).
During his speech, Mohseni-Eje'i enumerated the great personal and spiritual qualities of late Imam Khomeini (RA), and stated: "Our great Imam was a light in the darkness and a lamp in modern ignorance, and the ray of light of his guidance went beyond the borders of Iran, and even today, the Supreme Leader, is moving in the same direction, and we can see that with a letter and a message, they attract pure hearts and bring about transformation in a place that the arrogant powers do not think about."
Referring to the importance and role of people in Late Imam's thought, the head of the judiciary stated:
"In the words and behavior of Late Imam Khomeini (RA), two elements "Islam" and "people" were highly prominent; Our great Imam considered pious people as the highest power and considered serving these people the highest honor."
Referring to the importance and position of people-oriented in the view of Late Imam Khomeini (RA), the head of the judiciary said: "Our great Imam considered honest and sincere service to the people as a principle and emphasized submission to the people. We have not forgotten what decisive orders the Late Imam issued to all institutions and authorities to pay full attention to the people and to deny and forbid the existence of any kind of discrimination."
Referring to the importance of the upcoming elections, he said: "Today, the elections are the symbol of the people's presence and participation and the expression of their privileged role-playing; the enthusiastic, meaningful and widespread participation of the people in the elections and their favorable choice will create a better future for the country; But if we neglect this matter, the country and its security and all-round development will be harmed and the enemy will flee. Our extensive and meaningful participation in the elections will definitely change the scene and bring many positive benefits to the country."
