Commentary (IP) - After Iran and Saudi Arabia restored their relations through China's mediation, the US and Israeli regime faltered in their policies to the region because the string of openings has begun between Syria and other Arab countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.

Iran PressMiddle East: The reconciliation also spoiled the Israeli regime's dream of the formation of a collation in the region against the Islamic Republic of Iran, making the regime concerned about the openings.

Maariv called the reconciliation of Syria and the Arab countries a "new Middle East" and reported the presence of Bashar al-Assad in the upcoming meeting of the Arab League as an important development in the restoration of relations between Syria and the Arab countries after 2011.

The event means the increase of China's power in the region to the detriment of the US.

Haaretz says the Iran-S. Arabia forms a new map of the Middle East. According to the Israeli paper, the restoration shattered Israel's dream of building an Arab-international coalition against Iran and reinvigorated calls for a new nuclear deal that is currently called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, an issue that indicates the increase of China's power in the region to the detriment of the US position.

The fret could be observed in the American media and think tanks. Stimson think tank said recently that S. Arabian-Syrian reconciliation is indicative of Riyadh's conservative policies and the diplomatic victory of Russia.

According to the think tank, the negotiations for the revival of the ties between Saudi Arabia and Syria came after the Riyadh-Tehran relations were restored; And the development in Riyadh's policy can be seen in the context of its diplomacy with regard to natural disasters (in Syria) as well as Saudi Arabia's increased precautionary measures to avoid dependence on the US.

With regard to the fact that the US and Israeli circles are worried about these developments in the Middle East, it could be said that the Israeli regime expected the successful project of Takfiri terrorism in Syria and the division of the country so that it could occupy the southern parts of the Syrian territory and form a Zionist state there and get rid forever of the anxiety of the annexation the Golan Heights to Palestine.

Yet, with the defeat of the Takfiri ISIS terrorist group in Syria, the Israeli regime resorted to normalizing ties with the Rab countries under the cover of the Abraham Accords, but as the far-righters took power in the regime, the occupied territories of Palestine came at the mercy of new developments which led to a deadlock in the very normalization process.

The new opening in the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia and between the Rab countries and Syria have added to the concerns of the Israeli regime.

On the one hand, Israel is worried that the plans it designed for the project of government subversion in Syria and the normalization of relations with Arab countries within the framework of the so-called Abraham Accords are failed; on the other hand, it is witnessing that the openings in the ties between Iran and other Arab countries spoiled the project of Iranophobia.
