Iran Press/ Middle East: The drones conducted several reconnaissance flights over villages in southern Lebanon.
Lebanon says that Israeli reconnaissance aircraft have entered the country’s airspace and flown over the capital Beirut and its southern suburbs in flagrant violation of a UN Security Council resolution.
Despite invading Lebanon's territories by Zionist drones, the UN peacekeepers in the south of the country (UNIFIL) did not react to the Zionist aggression.
Four days ago, The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued a statement which announced that Israeli enemy drones violated southern Lebanon airspace and flew over several towns.
According to Al-Manar, an Israeli enemy reconnaissance plane violated the Lebanese airspace over the town of Mais Al-Jabal, Kfer Kela, Naqoura, Rmeish on 20/7/2020.
“An Israeli enemy reconnaissance plane violated the Lebanese airspace over the town of Mais Al-Jabal on 20/7/2020 at 12.50, carried out circular flights over the southern regions, and then left the Lebanese atmosphere at 20.10 hours from above the town of Kfer Kela,” Al Mnar reported.
After the end of Israel's 33-day war with Lebanon, Security Council Resolution 1701 adopted in 2006, warns the Zionist regime of hostile actions against Lebanon, but Israel has always violated Lebanese airspace, land, and sea.
Lebanon has always called on international communities to warn and halt Zionist's violations.
On Thursday, warplanes deployed by the United States-led coalition operating illegally in Syria have conducted some aggressive and “dangerous” maneuvering close to a Beirut-bound Iranian passenger airplane.
The incident took place involving two warplanes and Mahan Air’s Flight 1152 that had taken off from Tehran and was en route to the Lebanese capital.
Several passengers said their heads hit hard against the ceiling after the plane had to swoop lower. The footage, meanwhile, showed blood running from the top of the head of one and several others, who had suffered scars, while one passenger was seen lying down apparently unconscious on the airplane’s floor.
In a related incident, on Friday at least two people were injured when Israeli military helicopters attacked several Syrian military facilities in the Quneitra area south of the country.
Strikes came hours after America's top general Mark Milley made an unannounced visit to the occupied lands for talks on regional security issues.
