Iran Press/ Middle East: In a statement, on Saturday night Mustafa al-Kadhimi's office said that the Iraqi prime minister had met with Jordanian King Abdullah II in Amman during a quick visit to Jordan.
The statement added: "During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and common issues of interest, especially the current economic challenges and ways to improve the situation caused by effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the two countries' economies."
The statement did not provide further details on the meeting between the Iraqi Prime Minister and the King of Jordan. 219
