"God willing, Syria will not lose anything by US, British and France air strikes on its' soil. We are sure that all US and Israel's plots for the region will be neutralized", an Iraqi citizen said.
"For us these attacks are not something new. US itself is the sponsor of terrorism. US and its' allies attacks on Syria have reminded us of Washington attacks on Iraq in 15 years ago", another Iraqi citizen noted.
"Syria is a close friend of Iraq. We criticize Arab League and Arab countries because they do no come forward with a unified voice to help Syria", other Iraqi citizen concluded.
Multiple places in Syria have come under attack by US, British and French military forces after Donald Trump ordered a military strike against the country despite international warnings against further escalation of the situation.
The Syrian foreign ministry said on Saturday that the Western attack on Syria will not have any impact on the Syrian army's resolve to press the fight against militants and restore control of the entire country.
