(IP)- Iranian wushu athlete won the championship at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou.

Iran PressAsia: Youssef Sabri, an Iranian wushu practitioner, defeated his rival from Macau in the final on Thursday.

Sabri, weighing 75 kg, defeated Kai Philang from Macau in the first round by gaining 12 points. Earlier, during the wushu competitions, Afshin Salimi had won the gold medal in 65 kg.

The Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, started on September 23 and continue until October 8, 2023.
