The representative of the Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution in universities, Mustafa Rostami, and the Vice President for Science and Technology Affairs Sorena Sattari are also among the guests in this ceremony.
According to the Ministry of Science, due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the new academic year has commenced earlier than previous years due to the viral spread, and each university determines the start time and implementation of educational programs for students.
