Iran Press/ Iran news: Ehsan Khandouzi also announced Iran’s agreement for cooperation between the two countries to ensure food security for Iran and Mauritius given the war in Ukraine, as well as developing investments by the Iranian side in the Republic of Mauritius in the field of construction and provision of building materials.
He termed the Republic of Mauritius the gateway to financial transactions in South Africa and emphasized Iran’s determination to strengthen cooperation and financial transactions with the South African countries.
He hoped that with the establishment of joint delegations of the two countries to examine the fields of cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Mauritius, the two sides would see the initiatives of the parties regarding the increase in the volume of trade.
Meanwhile, Soodesh Satkam Callichurn emphasized Mauritius’ desire and a serious will to develop trade cooperation and mutual investment with Iran.
