Iran Press/ Asia: A diver and coach from Iran, Qaem Mirabian, competed in the 1m Springboard, 3m Springboard, and platform events for the age group of 40-44 years at the ongoing World Adult Aquatics Championships in Kyushu, Japan. The competition started on August 2 and will continue until August 11.
Mirabian began his competition with his opponents on the 3m Springboard and made history by winning a gold medal for Iranian diving. Out of 14 participants, he achieved first place with 401 points. The divers from Germany and Canada were second and third, respectively.
Iranian diver achieved a gold medal in the 1m Springboard competition. Out of the 14 participants in this event, he secured the top spot by scoring 343.4 points, earning his second gold medal.
He won the third gold medal in the competition in the adult age category in the Platform event.
