Iran Press/ Iran news: In a statement on the occasion of Counter-Terrorism Day, the Iranian Judiciary's High Council for Human Rights said the colonial states Utilitarianism experience and their Machiavellian policies had created the terrorist groups as the main way to driving neocolonialism.
The statement said: "The purposive efforts of some arrogant and human rights violators regimes to discriminatory, and double-standard policies have endangered the international peace and security more than ever."
"Due to the support of some Western countries advocating human rights and their influence in the management of responsible international organizations, terrorism has increased in the world," the statement added, referring to Hilary Clinton's statements about the US support of ISIS.
Criticizing the double standard policies western countries, the body said: "Either do not claim that you are fighting with terrorist groups or do not support them."
On Monday, Iran honored the martyrdom anniversary of the then-President Mohammad-Ali Rajai and Prime Minister Mohammad-Javad Bahonar, which is also marked as the National Day of Fight Against Terrorism in Iran.
