He further stated: "The Islamic Republic of Iran considers the observance of this principle by all parties to be valid and any action that is contrary to it will show a serious and immediate reaction, and in this context it is obvious that Iran considers exercising territorial integrity over the three islands not negotiable and considers the interference of any party, be it the UAE government or Russia or any other party, unacceptable and rejected in this relationship, and shows a serious reaction to it, and we showed a clear and uncompromising reaction."

Kanaani said: "Islamic Republic of Iran has officially protested to the Russian government, and the imprecise and non-constructive positions of any party will not affect Iran's inalienable right to non-negotiable sovereignty."

Iran never tolerates any country's hosting MKO

Following several Italian MPs' hosting an infamous terrorist in the country's Parliament, Italian Ambassador Giuseppe Perrone was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Director General of the Western Europe Office on Thursday.

Kanaani said in his weekly press conference on Monday, July 17, that hosting the MKO heads and members in any form is a clear example of support for terrorism and is particularly against the European countries' advocacy of human rights.

He noted: "They could not be both the advocates of the Iranian nation's rights and support those whose hands are stained with the blood of 17,000 Iranian citizens."

Kanaani noted that Iran would spare no effort to prosecute the members and the leaders of the MKO and called on the European governments to abide by their mottos and commit to an honest fight against terrorism.

MFA Spox: Israel seeks its benefits in region

"The Israel regime, based on its fake essence and nature, has sought its security and stability by creating instability in the region, especially among Islamic countries," said Nasser Kanaani, Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman, at his weekly press conference on Monday.

Kanaani made the remark in response to a reporter's question about the visit of the Israeli Defense Minister to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Referring to the Israeli regime's policy in the region, he noted that Iran expects Islamic countries to pay attention to the profit-seeking policy of the regime which is to cast division among Islamic countries, a well-known approach by Israel.

US causes disruptions in Iran, Iraq ties

He added that the cooperation between Iran and Iraq is bilateral, based on daily needs and interests, and will continue with seriousness and strength.

During his weekly press conference on Monday, Kanaani stated that the United States non-constructive involvement in the bilateral cooperation between Iran and Iraq is causing disruption. Tehran is hoping Baghdad will take appropriate measures to address this issue.

Iran and Iraq experience different models of cooperation. Bartering is one of the methods of Iran's partnership with the countries in business and trade. Now it is being implemented as a new effective method and is quite interesting in the commercial interactions of different countries, he said. This method is being implemented in the bilateral and economic relations between Iran and Iraq, and it can be strengthened, Kanaani said, adding, "Negotiations and cooperation between Iraq and Iraq continue, and given the political will at a high level between the two countries, we think that there is no obstacle to strengthening such cooperation," MFA,s Spokesman underscored.
