Iran Press /Iran News: The chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission in the Iranian parliament, Mojtaba Zonnour, in an exclusive interview with Iran Press said that "European union has no will, they are not committed to their word and misleading in their policy regarding Iran's nuclear program.
He added that they act according to double standards, they have no obstacles if they want to act according to their commitments based on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
According to Iran Press, Iranian MP mentioned: "The problem is that if the European Union wants to act according to their commitments they have to pay the price as Iran did."
He stated that: "They don't want to pay the price of implementing their commitment within the agreement and they want the Islamic Republic of Iran to pay it instead ",
Zonnour continued: "It is not logical and not reasonable at all and it is not confirmed by the international laws", the top parliamentarian highlighted. "Why should we abide by the agreement that the other side doesn't care about?"
He stressed "So we didn't say of withdrawal of JCPOA, we said that Europeans and Iran were both in 'A' point. We moved on and reached the point of 'B' and we implemented our commitments but they didn't move from the place that they were used to be. Now we get back to a place that we started. Whenever they started to go forward we will do the same. If they stopped there we will stop there too, if they exit the agreement Iran will also exit"
Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission concluded "We say that we will go forward shoulder to shoulder with our commitments and they with theirs too, and this is based on the principles of Business and trade and we are not bullying. Europeans are not compliant with their part of the deal."205/219
