Iran Press/ Iran news: In his message, Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the success of the government and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan in liberating the territories of their country.
"The relations between two friendly, brotherly and neighboring countries are rooted in the common history and culture and fraternal ties of the two nations, and this valuable capital has provided many capacities for the development and deepening of the relations between the two countries," Raisi noted.
He noted that in proportion to the restoration of the sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the occupied territories and the restoration of the common borders of the two countries, it is worthwhile to embrace new opportunities and jointly improve the level of cooperation and strengthen stability and security in the region.
