Damascus (IP)- Iran's parliamentary delegation headed to Damascus, the capital of Syria.

Iran PressMiddle East: Iran Press reported that a delegation from Iran, led by Vahid Jalalzadeh, head of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, traveled to Syria for negotiations. The Iranian delegation was welcomed at Damascus International Airport by Haifa Juma, the Syrian-Iranian Parliamentary Friendship Group's vice-chairperson in Syria. 

The Iranian parliamentary delegation started a seven-day tour to Syria and Lebanon on Monday. 

After consulting with the Syrian officials, the Iranian delegation will leave Damascus for Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.
