A five-member delegation of Iran's parliament left for Indonesia to attend the 144th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) session from 20 to 24 March 2022 in the country.

Iran PressIran news: Delegations from 15 countries will participate.

They will discuss "Climate change, sustainable peace, the use of IT in education, especially during the coronavirus epidemic, the fight against human trafficking and the violation of the rights of refugees and migrants."

The role of parliaments in promoting the health of mothers, infants, and children during and after the coronavirus and the elimination of poverty and inequality among women around the world will be other topics that delegates will discuss.

The Indonesia Summit will also examine current political, economic, and social developments.
