Iran Press/ Iran news: In his message of congratulation on Army Day on Thursday, Ali Larijani said Iran's Army belongs to the Islamic Revolution and a civilizing nation and has always served the goals of the people and their ideal revolution.
Larijani described the victories of Iran’s Army in various defense fields as the manifestations of honor and glory of the Iranian nation, a which leads to the establishment of the security and authority in Iran's land, sea, and air borders."The Iranian army forces have always defeated and thwarted the conspiracies of the enemies of Iran through their strong will, power and resistance", he stressed.
April 17 in the Iranian calendar, the "Army Day" has been named at the initiative of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini.
