Dodoma (IP) - The voting process in Iran's 14th presidential elections runoff has begun in the constituencies intended for our compatriots in Tanzania.

Iran PressAfrica: According to the Iran Press news agency from Dodoma, Iranians living in Tanzania have been present at the embassy of Iran in this city since the early hours to participate in the 14th presidential elections runoff.

 Iran will hold the runoff presidential election on Friday 5 July as the June 28 vote saw none of the four candidates securing an absolute majority.

Among 24,535,185 votes Masoud Pezeshkian leads with 10,415,991 votes, but he can't secure the majority of votes according to the constitution he will face second top runner Saeed Jalili who gained 9,473,298 votes.
