Tehran (IP)- Fars News Agency says that according to the decision taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the license of 8 inspectors of the IAEA in Iran with French and German nationalities has been revoked.

Iran PressIran News: In the past week with the issuance of a statement by three European countries (Germany, France, and UK) to the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency which faced the reaction of Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani noting that Tehran would respond appropriately to the political moves of the three European countries in duo time and stated: Exerting political pressure against Iran in the IAEA Board of Governors has the reverse effect.

Rafael Grossi, the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, announced in a statement on Saturday that Iran had revoked the activities of several experienced inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

In this regard, the reporter of Fars News Agency was informed that the number of inspectors mentioned by Grossi is eight and they have French and German nationalities. According to Iran's decision, these eight people, who had visas to travel to Iran several times and could come to Iran at any time to carry out routine inspections of the agency, have since been de-designated and can no longer travel to Iran and carry out inspections. In fact, in a way, their license has been revoked.
