Iran Press/ Iran news: In a telephone conversation with his Algerian counterpart Ramtane Lamamra on Thursday, Hosein Amir-Abdollahian consulted over the bilateral issues of common interest in both regional and international arenas.
"Algeria has acted on the basis of wisdom and logic, and your action as well as Algeria's logical stance on Syria's return to the Arab League, is valuable too," Amir-Abdollahian told his counterpart praising Algeria's negative vote to the membership of the Israeli regime in the African Union.
He assessed the recent meeting of Iran and Algeria's trade chambers positively, adding that holding the meeting would create a good opportunity to improve the level of trade relations between the two countries.
Algeria's Foreign Minister for his part assessed the meeting positively for the increase of trade exchanges between the two countries.
The Iranian and Algerian foreign ministers also addressed the Libyan crisis and stressed that the problems of Libya must be solved with the participation of the people in the country and without the intervention of foreigners. 219
