Tehran (IP) - An Iranian MP has emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always carried out all of its commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action.

Iran Press/Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Tuesday, on the margins of a parliamentary session, MP Shahram Gharravi stressed: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has always fulfilled its commitments over 40 years including in the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA) and the world has witnessed our peaceful policies and 8-years of sacred defense shows it perfectly that Iran has never sought war and it was the Europeans and the Americans that violated their part of the agreement."

The member of the parliament's civil commission Shahram Gharravi added: "Iran showed its power through sticking to its commitments."

Asked about Iran's best move, and whether we should continue with the JCPOA or to leave the agreement, despite the US dishonouring of the agreement and Europe's failure to carry out its commitments, Gharravi said: "They want us to withdrawal from the JCPOA so that they have an excuse and claim that Iran has broken its promises. But the truth is Iran has always honoured its commitments, obligations, and agreements and will continue with this.
