Iran Press/ Iran News: On the night of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (AS), the first Imam of the world's Shias, and the second night of Qadr, the people dressed in black, mourned and lamented, reciting the Holy Quran and the prayer of Joshan Kabir (which means the Great Cuirass).
On the night of the martyrdom of Imam Ali (AS), mosques, Hossainias, Holy shrines, and streets were filled with black-clad mourners who recited the Qur'an, prayed to their God, and wept and beat their chests.
Children, teenagers, and young people alongside were widely present in the ceremony on the second night of Qadr.
The 19th, 21st, and 23rd nights of the holy month of Ramadan are the Nights of Qadr, and people from all over Islamic Iran are widely present in the revival of the Nights of Qadr.
