Iran Press/ Middle East: According to the Iranian embassy in Lebanon, the Iranian ambassador also said during the meeting: "We stand by the Lebanese government and people in this situation and emphasize our full support for Lebanon in the face of threats and aggression orchestrated by the Zionist regime."
Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab, while thanking the positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in support of Lebanon, stated: "The development of relations between Iran and Lebanon is on our agenda."
