Iran Press/ Asia: On the sidelines of the 15th ECO Summit, Shakhrat Nurishev, First Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, met with Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and presented a report on the development of relations between the two countries in various political, economic, and cultural fields and the Kazakh side's views on the issue.
Amir-Abdollahian also stressed the importance of Iran-Kazakhstan cooperation in various fields, urging the acceleration of establishing a joint commission for economic cooperation between the two countries.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi did not attend the ECO Summit in Turkmenistan.
