Iran Press/ Iran news: "Micro CT scan is an innovative technology that lets us examine micro features and very small organs of very small animals from insects to mice and rats," said Dr. Hossein Ghadiri, the inventor of Micro CT technology in an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Sunday.
"So for high technology you need to develop a drug and to do so, it is needed to do a CT Scan imaging on very small animals," he continued.
"Iran is one of the countries in the world that has developed Micro CT technology. Micro CT could be used to develop the agricultural process. It is also used in preclinical imaging too," he noted.
