Mashhad (IP) - The Director-General of Bureau for Aliens and Foreign Immigrants Affairs of Khorasan Razavi Governorate-General announced the donation of 10,000 masks to the Afghan government in order to prevent and deal with coronavirus.

Iran press/Iran news: Mohammad Taqi Hashemi said on Saturday: "This action was carried out in cooperation with the "Hami Institute", one of the executive partners of Bureau for Aliens and Foreign Immigrants Affairs of Khorasan Razavi."

The official stated that in addition to donating test kits and masks to the Afghan government, the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to provide its experiences in the field of combating corona to Afghanistan.

Hashemi said that currently, about 100,000 masks have been produced in a workshop located in Torbate-Jam with low cost and high quality and can be presented to the Government of Afghanistan.

Hashemi, referring to the services provided to Afghan immigrants during the Corona era, said: "Afghan citizens with Corona are treated for free in Iran and Khorasan Razavi."
