Iran Press/Iran News: Pezeshkian, who chaired today’s open session (Wednesday), on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said that the existence of the IRGC is like a stronghold that can protect people against the enemy and causes the pride and dignity of religion.
He added, "The IRGC makes us proud and without them, we would never have been able to see security; the existence of the IRGC caused all the conspiracies of the United States and its allies against the Islamic Republic of Iran to fail for 41 years."
Pezeshkian further noted, "We congratulate this day. They have always been present in all scenes, not only on the fronts, but also in the mountains, in earthquakes, floods, diseases, and construction. May God honor our soldiers and guards.”
