Zarif noted that the world owes to all its efforts, whether in Wuhan, Tehran, Milan, Madrid or New York, and the fight with the Corona is a human being's fight and the disruption in this fight will be immoral and inhumane in essence.

Zarif added: "The healthcare system, the citizens and the Iranian government, like Europe and the United States, are engaged in confronting Corona, but what doubles the suffering of Iranians, what restricts choices in crisis management, is the combination of sanctions and Corona."

He stated that Iran is the only country that cannot easily buy medical equipment and supplies in the face of the disease. The combination of sanctions and Corona makes the virus bolder and makes harder crisis management decisions.

Zarif pointed out that the world is facing a moral will in defiance of US avarice, and sanctions and complying the sanctions should not lead to a war crime. 207
