Iran Press/ Iran news: Stressing on Iran's full readiness to confront and give a crushing response to any threat and aggression, the IRGC top commander described border security as the red line for Iran's armed forces.
In his visit to a mountainous border region of Kermanshah province on Wednesday, August 7, Major General Salami expressed his satisfaction over full readiness Iranian armed forces to defend the security and territorial integrity of the Iranian nation, Iran Press reported, quoting IRGC public relation office.

Expressing his gratitude for vigilance and sacrifice of Iranian armed forces in difficult conditions to secure Iran’s borders, Salami stressed that security of Iran’s borders "is the red line of our armed forces".
Salami who was accompanied by other top military and civilian officials of Kermanshah province, visited border outposts of IRGC ground forces in Paveh, Javan Roud, Ravansar and Salas Babajani to assess the readiness of the armed forces to secure borders and confront enemy threats. 101/212/211
