Geneva (IP) - Iran's representative at the UN Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva called for comprehensive national dialogues in Bahrain.

Iran PressEurope: In a meeting, the United Nations Human Rights Council reviewed the human rights situation in Bahrain.

Iran's representative, Ali Bahraini, called for the release of all political prisoners in Bahrain.

Iran's representative also called for comprehensive national dialogues in Bahrain and emphasized taking necessary measures to restore the damaged religious places.

Eleven years ago, on February 14, the Day of Rage, the Bahraini people took to the streets in a move against the Bahraini regime, where the regime's security forces injured 14 people and killed 1.

The Bahraini people's revolution was ongoing during the 11 years, and the regime supported by Saudi Arabia and Jordan used to suppress the people's protests, jailing, executing, and torturing them. In some cases, the tortures even led to the death of the protesters jailed.
